Who we are

What we collect, and why

When you send the contact form or a project brief we receive what you type: your name, phone number and/or email, how you prefer to be contacted, your message, and the answers you choose (service, type of project, city, stage). We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare and deliver our services.

With it we store the page you sent it from, the language, the time, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. To stop abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address that changes every day; we never store the address itself.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Enquiries are saved in a database on the server that runs this website, and a copy is emailed to our team through an email delivery provider. Only Nation staff who handle enquiries can read them. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that become projects are kept as business records. Enquiries that do not go ahead, and messages identified as spam, are deleted automatically after 24 months.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and contains no advertising. To count visits it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, keeps no personal data and does not follow you across sites. Your browser remembers two preferences on your device only: light or dark appearance, and grid or index view on the projects page.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
